Where is my order?
If you order has been marked as despatched and you have not received it, please message me to discuss. All parcels are sent out via Royal mail and depending on cost and size they may not have tracking information – all parcels are shipped with the request of proof of postage.
Please note Covid is having a impact on post and this is different across the country, Royal Mail have asked to allow 7-10 working days on all post in the UK and up to 4 weeks for outside the UK.
CUSTOMS CHARGES FOR EU CUSTOMERS
Following the UK leaving the EU on January 1st, items shipped outside the UK may now incur customs charges.
The details are as following
Items shipped as gifts or other categories with an intrinsic value of €135 or less DO NOT incur any charges.
Items shipped as gifts with an intrinsic value between €135 -€630 will incur a 2.5% customs charge
Items which are other categories (excluding gifts) with an intrinsic value of €135 or more with have a charge depending on category.
Therefore if your order value is below €135 you WILL NOT incur ANY customs charges
